Shipping Policy - the basics

At Rough N Ready we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping for our clients. That's why we offer a range of shipping options to meet the diverse needs of our clients. 

Standard Shipping: 
Our standard shipping option delivers your order within 3-5 business days within Australia. All orders will be shipped at the quoted amount and quotes are valid for 3 days due to the fuel excise. 

Expedited Shipping: 
If a client needs their order sooner, they can contact us at admin@roughnready.com.au to get a quote for express shipping. This option is perfect for last-minute gifts or urgent orders. 

In-Store Pickup: 
For clients who live near our store location, we offer an in-store pickup option. Simply place your order online and choose the in-store pickup option at checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready, and you can pick it up at our store via appointment. 

Rooftop Tent Shipping: 
Our rooftop tents are larger and heavier than our other products, so we offer pick up only for these items. Clients can choose to pick up their rooftop tent from our warehouse where a forklift is available. Freight options are available at customer's cost.
